In order to meet the needs of the development of national economy, electric power departments must do a good job of power grid planning, consider the requirements of power quality and reliability, and ensure the use of reliable safety, for high quality and accurate planning can provide reliable power guarantee for society and save a large amount of construction funds.Firstly, this article is studying the development of social economy and current situation of Dali Dali grid, the weak links of power grid and the existing problems;then using the growth rate method, elastic coefficient of electricity method and power load prediction method to get predictive parsing of Dali power consumption and maximum load in short-term and medium-term. Through the analysis of Dali County Development and the load, the load prediction of Dali vision, we then finalized the network distribution planning and improvement target, the short-term and long-term development goals of planning construction, and "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of grid construction in Dali County.Studies of the Dali County Power Grid "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" planning definitized a clear development direction of Dali grid, further optimized network structure, and solved the power grid "card neck" problem. Improve the composite economic results like electric energy quality and reliability of power supply, build the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly type grid, solve the network coordination problem between implementation of prower gird project and region’s overall development plan, that’s all for the best of Dali Economic development.
