Power grid enterprises is keen on the visualization and persuasiveness of video evidence, hoping to use a intelligent monitoring and early warning system based on a video mode for substation maintenance field stereoscopic crossing warning safety management, but to get rid of the current product warning of low accuracy, uncontrolled, significantly influenced by environmental factors, etc, it is necessary to avoid installation and debugging complex, using tedious installation steps and technical difficult problems, such as to meet the portable, random erection, network aided the practicability of regulatory requirements.According to power grid enterprises demand, in view of the current product status and application problems, intelligent video analysis technology is studied in the aspect of realizing stereoscopic crossing warning defects, and analyzes the principle of laser ranging technology application and early warning, design a set of substation maintenance 3D cross-border warning system. The system of portable mobile terminal is designed using the 5.8 GHz wireless broadband network technology. It realized the system software, including early warning analysis of mobile terminal services server software, management system service software and monitor the client software of host. Early warning analysis service software uses video intelligent analysis combined with laser scanning range of solutions, solving the rely on intelligent video analysis of early warning deficiencies in early-warning accuracy. By adopting the combination of the Socket and Remoting solution, respectively realized transmission of video data and normal data network communication.Work are verified through the test system, we think that the software function of this system accords with the needs of customers and the use is simple, and this system in the intelligent video analysis and laser scanning range combined early-warning scheme is feasible and successful, and in terms of early warning accuracy reached more than 75%.
