| Our country has put plenty of manpower and material resources into the construction of residence to tackle the residential problem as there are largest population but serious scarcity in land resource. Meanwhile, with the growing demand of material and cultural, people put forward to higher requirements for living conditions. Under the background, it’s extremely urgent to elevate the service efficiency of residential space. Nevertheless, the specific quantitative analysis on service efficiency of space is still not produced. This article intend to quantize the three-dimensional space through arrangements and analysis of interior model in the sight of spacial volume so that a new method can be provided to calculate the dimensional service efficiency. And the use of residential space efficiency modeling and numerical analysis platform have built with this method, Undering the developmental environment of Visual Studio 2008 for Visual C++ 9.0.This method can not only give a verification to the residential intensification and refined design for the architect, but also provide reference for householders and developers. |
