| With the development of construction technology, the safety about aluminum alloy template has been highlighted. So far, researches about aluminum alloy template in China which focus on static state instead of dynamic state are in majority. Base on the use of finite element software ABAQUS, static and dynamic response of aluminum alloy template are given in this paper, The main research works are as follows:(1)This paper verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation method by the way of comparing experimental data, simplified calculated value and simulated result of a static test about aluminum alloy template.(2)This paper performs static response of standard aluminum alloy template. It obtains the load value of standard aluminum alloy template in different width and boundary condition that causes the template reaches limited displacement and plastic deformation, and the relationship between these are obtained.(3)The dynamic response of aluminum alloy template under concentrated impact is completes, considering different boundary conditions, impact locations, width and impact capacity. It obtains the diffrerence between the above factors by using the deformation, stress,strain and internal energy.(4) Nonlinear finite element analysis of the dynamic response of aluminum alloy templates under casting concrete impact is carried out. The effect on dynamic response of some factors are considered, such as the different pumped concrete density and viscosity,diameter of the pimping pipe, pouring placement, initial impact velocity of the pumped concrete, boundary conditions and width of the template. The different effects between these factors are obtained by using the deformation, stress and strain of the impact. |
