| In the 1960 s,the aluminum alloy template technology was produced and successfully applied in the United States.It has been used abroad for nearly 60 years and was introduced into the country in the early 21 st century.Aluminum alloy formwork has the following advantages compared to the wood formwork and steel formwork that were applied widely used earlier:(1)The formwork material is light in quality and high in bearing capacity;(2)The construction technology is simple and easy to operate without the help of large transport machinery.Due to the early disassembly technology of the support system,the construction period is short;(3)The surface of the concrete after demolding is smooth and flat,and there will be no phenomenon of expansion or running;(4)The construction site is clean and tidy,free of debris,and no waste materials.With the development of science and technology,the cost of aluminum alloy materials is getting lower and lower,which is in line with the national policy of advocating the use of energy-saving and low-consumption materials in construction projects.Aluminum alloy formwork is one of the most ideal tool-type building forms at present,and in the environment where the country vigorously promotes green construction and standardized construction,the use of aluminum alloy formwork is only about 2%,while the use of wooden formwork is still 70 %.After market research,the main reasons for this situation are:(1)Aluminum alloy template construction application management system is immature.(2)The cost of aluminum alloy materials is high,and the comprehensive economic value has not been discovered.This paper analyzes the reasons for the high cost of one-time investment in aluminum alloy templates combined with BIM technology,and studies how to design and use aluminum alloy templates to better reflect its comprehensive economic value.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the "Yujinghuafu Building No.10" project,using Autodesk Revit software,according to the aluminum alloy template construction technical specifications of the template matching principle and installation requirements,establishing a three-dimensional aluminum alloy template matching model for the standard layer of the main structure.The visualization of the three dimension-al mold matching model shows the superiority of BIM technology compared with the traditional two-dimensional CAD technology,which has a significant on improving the design of aluminum alloy template standard board,reducing on-site pre-assembly,reducing template engineering changes,and improving template management level.At the same time,the use of mold matching models for technical explanation and guidance of construction is helpful to improve the construction level of workers,improve work efficiency,and meet the requireme-nts of high quality and high efficiency.(2)Based on the current situation of the use of aluminum alloy templates,the comprehensive economic value of aluminum alloy templates is comprehensi-vely analyzed by quantitative and qualitative methods.By comparing the techni-cal and economic indicators of wood formwork,steel formwork and aluminum alloy formwork,the qualitative analysis uses the hidden cost of wood formwork and steel formwork higher than that of aluminum alloy formwork to find that the overall cost of aluminum formwork is not higher than that of other building forms a lot of.At the same time,by calculating the relationship between the turnover times of three types of templates and amortized expenses,it is analyzed that the aluminum alloy template has reached more than 60 turnovers,and the construction cost is significantly lower than that of steel templates and wooden templates.Taking the "Yujing Huafu Building No.10" project as an example,the relationship between the amortization cost of lease and purchase and the number of turnover was discussed.The analysis of these two methods provides a theoretical basis for promoting the application of aluminum alloy formwork in construction enterprises.The application of BIM technology to the aluminum alloy formwork project provides great convenience for the design,construction and management of the formwork,which is the future development trend. |
