In China's architecture,template engineering plays a very important role in the entire structural engineering..With the development of social economy,the construction industry has made innovations in materials and construction,and the templates used in construction have also made breakthroughs and innovations.The aluminum alloy template overcomes the shortcomings of the wood template and the steel template because of its unique advantages,but China's aluminum alloy template technology is still immature,its mechanical properties and recycling rate are not well known,and the corresponding design and construction specifications are not yet Mature,has not been widely promoted in many areas of China.Therefore,the research on the mechanical properties and optimization of aluminum alloy templates has become the focus and difficulty,and has received widespread attention from the industry.In this paper,the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy materials and standard aluminum alloy templates in practical engineering are studied by means of theoretical calculation,experimental research and finite element analysis.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the design and construction process of aluminum alloy template system,theoretical calculation of the standard aluminum alloy template in actual engineering,and puts forward the problems existing in the actual engineering of aluminum alloy template.The article summarizes the types of aluminum alloy templates and their application in various projects,and obtains the ultimate load of aluminum alloy templates in the general construction process.(2)The article analyzes the comprehensive benefits of aluminum alloy template and traditional wood template and steel template from the technical and economic perspectives.The results show that the use of aluminum alloy templates can produce better social and economic benefits in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings,super high-rise buildings and large space buildings.(3)Through the tensile test of aluminum alloy standard test piece and the static test of standard aluminum alloy templates in actual engineering,The mechanical properties of aluminum alloy materials and the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy templates were obtained through experiments.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench is used to numerically simulate the static load test of aluminum alloy template.The accuracy of finite element analysis is verified by theoretical calculation,experimental data and finite element analysis results.(4)Through the ANSYS Workbench,the paper analyzes the standard aluminum alloy template in actual engineering and analyzes the deformation characteristics of the aluminum alloy template under the ultimate load.The article optimizes the back form of the original standard template and the size of the side ribs and end ribs.The results show that the optimized template has a maximum deformation value of 139%compared with the original template under the ultimate load,but its maximum deformation value is still only 70% of the deformation limit.The results show that the material usage and quality of the aluminum alloy template are reduced by about 20%,which greatly saves material and labor costs.
