| Since 1980 s,the construction industry in China has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements.But due to the imperfection in market economy system,there are still an obvious gap with the developed countries in the economic development level.So reform and innovation are carried out in construction system to meet the requirements of the time.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of construction industry has make a great contribution to Chinese economy.However,it also brings some problems,such as in resources,environment and society.Shortage of wood resources,serious consumption of building energy and lack of land resources lead to the rising house prices.These social problems can't be ignored.In order to solve these problems,the country has established a series of policy implementation of green building,to promote the recycling of resources and to ensure sustainable development of construction industry.Among them,the development of green construction technology plays an important part in guaranteeing the effective promotion of green building.The implementation and development of green construction technology cannot leave the reform of template engineering and research and development of new material for template.Aluminum alloy template is a new kind of templatedeveloped in recent years.The high turnover can effectively improve the utilization rate of resources,save wood used in construction and accords with the requirement of green construction technology.At the same time,it helps keeping the construction site the clean,the construction efficiency high and the construction effect good.It can effectively reduce sussing out cost and the construction quality are assured.Its practical value are very high when used in construction.But due to the short development time of aluminum alloy in China,it lacks corresponding national norms and standards.At the same time,people lacks comprehensive understanding of aluminum alloy template and now their concern focused on the higher cost.So they cannot systematically know aluminum template's synthesis values.And whether the practical application of aluminum alloy template is in line with the green construction requirements or whether it is a response to the national advocacy,building a resource conservation and environment friendly society.It still lacks substantive data demonstration and detailed analysis and suggestions about the advantages and disadvantages in aluminum alloy template design and construction is still limited.This paper discussed the practical application of aluminum alloy template in engineering and analyzed mainly in the following aspects:(1)First of all,this paper studied the development and trends of template engineering and compared domestic and foreign development situation of aluminum alloy template.On the basis of these studies,it analyzed the technical features of the aluminum alloy template in detail.Compared to other templates in market,it emphasized its technology advantages in practical engineering applications.(2)At the same time,this paper researched the application characteristics of aluminum alloy construction template and its market.On this basis,it studied its economic value and the data showed that the more use in standard layer ofhigh-rise building,the more kinds of purchase way and the higher turnover,the lower cost of aluminum template and the better of its economic benefit.(3)On the other hand,based on the concept of green construction and the theory of fuzzy hierarchical method,this paper studied aluminum template's environmental value in construction engineering in detail.Based on the survey and data processing,we got an result that the green effect evaluation of Taiyuan Wanke is good because of the use of aluminum template in engineering construction,which is a positive response to the national advocacy of green environmental protection policy.(4)Finally,common problems in design process and construction of aluminum building template are comprehensively summarized,and targeted improvement suggestions are put forward to eliminating the blind area about application of aluminum template and further promoting the aluminum template.The use and promotion of the alloy template can effectively promote the development of green construction technology and solve the contradictions existed in the construction industry in our country.It will gradually lead the new development direction of template and play a more and more valuable role in the actual engineering construction. |
