For indoor public places in the working process of the sweeper cleaning does not reach the designated position problems around the corner, this paper proposes a corner cleaning mechanism, the idea of cleaning the compensation method is adopted, on the basis of traditional cleaning mechanism was improved,realize no dead corner sweeper cleaning.Corner cleaning mechanism is the key components of the design study, installation of crank connecting rod mechanism, implement end plates and institutions, single chip microcomputer control system etc,work in the process of load bearing and easy to deformation。Finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze stress the key parts of the corner cleaning mechanism, optimize the organization design,in order to meet the job requirements.Corner cleaning agencies under the independent motor drive, need to match the turning speed of cleaning the car, how to maximize corner cleaning 。 According to this problem, based on the corner cleaning mechanism as the research object, with the existing forming public indoor cleaning the car as the research background, Using motion analysis software ADAMS to existing public indoor sweeper and corner cleaning mechanism kinematics analysis, verify the corner can realize blind Angle cleaning,cleaning mechanism and test and cleaning the car speed matching speed.The main research content is as follows:(1)Access to relevant data of existing sweeper cleaning mechanism and principle are studied,according to the law of ackerman steering with the minimum turning radius, the design of public indoor cleaning the car, the design of the study provide a platform for corner cleaning institutions and data base.(2) By using three dimensional modeling software Solid Works parameterization and feature modeling technology to establish a corner in the cleaning mechanism and three dimensional solid model of the machine, the assembly visualization of virtual assembly, interference checking.(3) Using the ADAMS software to kinematics analysis was carried out on the whole, from the trajectory of the maximum distance of minimum steering radius and the distance from the wall, corner cleaning mechanism design. Comparison and analysis to add corner cleaning mechanism of trajectory figure, experiments under different rotational speed trajectory figure, matching the sweeper with high speed,medium speed and low speed to speed the dead Angle in the process of cleaning the agencies.(4) The force of the work, the corner cleaning mechanism analyzed using ANSYS software the statics.Is obtained by analyzing the original design of the connecting rod strength slightly insufficient, according to the results of the analysis from the perspectives of structure, material, to improve optimization of crank connecting rod mechanism, material of 45 # steel by Q235 instead, crank thickness from 5 mm to 10 mm,intermediate design considering the processing conditions for the hollow structure, add reinforcement in relatively weak position, in the corner cleaning agency quality guarantees the work needs smaller cases.(5) The design of ultrasonic ranging single-chip microcomputer control system, the accurate measurement of dead Angle cleaning mechanism and wall distance, to prevent the collision, and realize the effective combination of mechanical and electrical integration.
