Research On The Protection And Repair Of Brick Buildings In The 20th Century Architectural Heritage Of Northeast China

As a new branch of architectural heritage,Chinese architectural heritage in the 20 th century is gradually being valued.Since 2016,the Chinese society of cultural relics has published four batches of 396 "China’s 20 th century architectural heritage" lists,and 29 projects have been selected in Northeast China.Due to the particularity of geographical location and climate conditions,the material structure and construction technology of the 20 th century architectural heritage in Northeast China have unique research value.Compared with other regions,brick buildings account for a large proportion of the 20 th century architectural heritage in Northeast China.Brick is the most widely used and typical building material in the 20 th century architectural heritage.Therefore,this paper takes brick architecture as the core content of the research,trying to provide a theoretical reference for the future research of the same type of architectural heritage protection and repair in Northeast China.Based on the investigation and Research on the protection and repair status of brick buildings in the 20 th century architectural heritage,this paper discusses the deterioration types,causes and existing problems of brick buildings,and then puts forward corresponding repair countermeasures,so as to make preventive protection throughout the life cycle of the heritage and do a good job in every link of protection and repair.Through literature review and other related research,we hope to provide reference and basis for the protection and repair of brick building materials and construction techniques in the 20 th century heritage buildings.The first part introduces the background of the topic,analyzes the purpose and significance of the research,determines the research object and expounds the related concepts.Through the theoretical review at home and abroad,it defines the research content and formulates the research framework of the paper.The second part systematically expounds the basic situation of the architectural heritage in the 20 th century in Northeast China.On this basis,it analyzes the building age,architectural color and architectural art style of brick buildings,and sorts out the characteristics of brick building walls in building materials and construction technology.The third part investigates and analyzes the protection and repair status of brick architecture heritage in the 20 th century in Northeast China,summarizes the problems existing in the protection and repair work,and tries to put forward appropriate and feasible protection and repair strategies combined with the typical protection and repair cases at home and abroad,and finally applies it to the protection and repair practice of Jixi building,the former site of the puppet Manchuria state.
