| As an important part of distribution network planning,grid planning has a direct and important impact on the economy and reliability of distribution network construction and operation.Distribution network planning needs to solve many problems,such as the spatial layout of lines,the selection of liaison objects and the division of loads,in combination with geographical information.It is very difficult to solve so many planning objects.There is no practical integrated solution framework in the existing distribution network planning,and there is a problem of large network size and low equipment utilization ratio caused by the lack of consideration of complementation of load characteristic in distribution network planning.Therefore,a new practical automatic planning method for MV distribution network considering division of power supply and complementation of load characteristic is presented to solve the problem.The details of the study are as follows:Firstly,based on the existing load clustering and grid planning results,and the construction of feeder block and power supply unit of medium voltage distribution network are constructed.,And the principles and technical framework of planning of for medium voltage distribution network planningframework considering the division of power supply units are proposed.The technical framework decomposes the complex grid planning problem into two sub-problems: the division of power supply units and the automatic wiring in power supply units.Compared with the traditional grid planning method,the proposed method can effectively improve the efficiency of grid planning.Secondly,on the basis of analysis of the advantages of complementary load characteristics in grid planning,the evaluation index of feeder block and power supply unit division effect considering complementary load characteristics are condensed,.Based on the characteristics of feeder power supply range partition,and the weighted alternate location algorithm of rotating center line distance for feeder block division in substation is proposed.Thirdly,considering the annual comprehensive cost of line planning and the outage loss cost based on reliability index,the planning model of medium-voltage distribution network based on power supply unit division is established,and the model solving method based on ant colony algorithm and branch combination algorithm is proposed.Based on the proposed model and method,the optimal routing scheme including trunk line,branch line and tie line under each power supply unit partition scheme can be constructed,and then the comparison and optimization of each partition scheme in candidate set can be realized.Finally,the feeder block partition,power supply unit partition and automatic wiring of the study area are accomplished by simulation,and the distribution network planning results based on power supply unit partition are obtained,which verify the scientificity and practicability of the model and method. |
