The sign of Poyang Lake ecological economic region rise to the national strategy is The State Council giving an official of the planning of Poyang Lake ecological economic region on Dec.12, 2002. To respond to the state strategy of energy saving and emission reduction and the requirements details of the planning of Poyang Lake ecological economic region, the paper analyzed and optimized the residential architecture conservation technology.Poyang Lake region is located in hot summer and cold winter featuring four distinct seasons,the summer is frosty and high temperature, and the winter is gloomy cold and moist, in this case the thermal comfort in the residential building is worse, so to improve the thermal comfort indoor, the residents often use air-condition and heating installation, which makes the network load increased sharply in summer and winter, then influence the commercial run ,the living quality and hinder the economic development. So the important issue to solve in Poyang Lake region is optimizing the residential architecture energy conservation technology and is reducing the housing energy consumption in cooling and heating.On the one hand, the paper gives an outline of the importance of energy conservation in building and its current situation at home and aboard, then give a summary of the region, economy, climate and indoor thermal environment in Poyang Lake ecological economic area. Based on this and combine the architectural design and construction situation, the paper surveyed hundreds of residents the electricity utilization, feature and index these years in this area. Meanwhile it takes preliminary analysis of the style of residential architecture energy consumption and the entry point of energy reduction. On the other hand, the paper concluded and summarized the current technology of residential architecture conservation technology in this area, and got the conclusion of the feasible energy conservation technology. At last, using the energy consumption software DEO-2 to imitate the planning and design of different residential type of flat and the influence features and regulars of the building envelope to the energy consumption in cooling and heating, then summarized the energy conservation effect of different technologies, and ensured the best projects, which offered the theory sustain of residential architecture energy conservation technologies in Poyang Lake region.On the basis of optimization analysis on the current housing energy conservation technology, the paper gives a strong hand of the building of Poyang Lake ecological economic region by theoretical guidance and technical support.
