Research On The Application Of Intelligent Production In PC Residential Building

Since the 21 st century, with the rapid development of economy, energy andenvironmental problems have become more and more serious. As all business facedthe huge challenge, the transformation and upgrading has become a necessary choice, especially the construction industry. Deep-seated contradictions, such as low level of technology and lack of innovation、small industrial scale and high production cost、affecting the residential quality and construction schedule because of information obstructer in the link of design、production and installation of prefabricated part、difficult in meeting the customers` personalized needs in standardization production,increasingly prominentin the long road of industrialization development process of construction represented residential buildings. Therefore, it is considerable to realize the transformation way of construction which from traditional production mode to new industrialization production.Based on the above background, the article put forwards the concept and implementation process of intelligent production which base the concept of construction industry modernization and manufacturing related theory, and construct intelligent manufacturing system suit for PC residential building. The system with BIM information model database as center, the RFID technology which is the key technology of the internet of things as the information transfer mode, and 3D printing as technology support, aims to make the production of PC from the traditional industrial ?manufacturing ? to industrialization and depth of integration of information technology, “intel-made”. Firstly, create a virtual PC house model using BIM model, then export the model into STL triangular mesh 3D model, linked the 3D concrete printer and printed out a physical PC model. Have been printed PC(model) RFID tags, readers will be printed by a good PC(model) of scanned pass, after processing context, updated the BIM database. Through intelligent indentification and replacement, formatted the real-time PC resident model based BIM, completed intelligent production and installation of the PC from the design, production, transportation and construction and installation, achieving PC intelligent residential production and construction.The author verified the above process in the form of the instance simulation in the end of the passage. The study riched the theory and practice in modernization of architectural industrial and industrialization of residential buildings, provided a new perspective in order to solve construction problems arising in PC housing industrialization. However, there are also inadequate waiting for further research and improvement.
