| Along with urbanization,the number of elderly people living alone in rural areas is increasing rapidly,the aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious,and the number of elderly people who are unable to take care of themselves and paralyzed patients is increasing.In this paper,an intelligent nursing bed control and rental system is designed and developed to address the difficult nursing care problem.Through experimental verification,it is shown that the system can help patients to complete the nursing care functions such as lifting and lowering the back,extending and bending the legs,dirt washing,and hip cleaning,and it is convenient for enterprises to manage and rent the nursing beds:(1)The hardware design of the intelligent nursing bed control system was completed.Firstly,the functional requirements of the nursing bed were analyzed and the main components were reasonably selected.Secondly,the functional circuit design of the nursing bed was completed,including the bed position change circuit,the toilet flushing and hip cleaning circuit,the warm air drying circuit,the water level detection circuit,the temperature detection circuit,the power supply circuit,the voice announcement circuit,the manual operator key input circuit and the remote communication circuit.(2)The intelligent nursing bed control system and rental system software design were completed.Secondly,to realize remote control of the nursing bed,we combined the 4G IOT module to establish the connection between the equipment side of the nursing bed and the cloud server to realize remote control.Finally,the web-based nursing bed rental management system was developed and designed to realize the functions of equipment information management,remote authorization control,user information management,and traceability and printing.(3)The construction and verification of the intelligent nursing bed control system and rental system platform were completed.Firstly,the intelligent nursing bed control system platform was built,and the functions of the system were tested and verified,mainly including bed position change,toilet flushing,hip washing,warm air drying,etc.The test results showed that the performance of the nursing bed met the design requirements and was stable and reliable.Secondly,the remote control function was tested and verified,and the experimental results showed that the system could establish the connection between the equipment side of the nursing bed and the cloud server and complete the remote authorization function,and the authorization was slightly delayed but realized.Finally,the Web-site nursing bed rental system was verified,and the verification results were good. |
