Bridge health monitoring data measurement system(sensor system, data acquisition and transmission system), is the first step to quantify the basic state of the bridge. Whether the measured data is effective, accurate, timely and reliable will greatly affect the monitoring results. In this paper, based on shimen reservoir bridge to carry out of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge data measurement system hardware selection and software development and design work.First, according to the structure characteristics of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge, research and analysis and comparison of steel tube concrete void, cable force and Suspender Damage Detection / monitoring technology, its application in bridge health monitoring, and for the design of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge sensor system provides the basis. Combined with the above work, sensor system for health monitoring of Shimen Reservoir Bridge is given, And focus on testing, installation and debugging in actual engineering. The scheme can realize the monitoring of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge content effective monitoring.Then, in order to solve the bridge health monitoring data acquisition and transmission subsystem, synchronicity, network, flexibility, reliability and real-time performance monitoring content integration problems. Based on NI CompactRIO the center of the data acquisition platform’s CPU+FPGA architecture design and development of a set of bridge health monitoring data real-time synchronous acquisition program, realized accurate real-time synchronous acquisition among multiple acquisition module and multiple channels. And based on service oriented architecture for modular program design and development, realize the bridge health monitoring data acquisition and transmission application flexible customization design. Also from the data acquisition and transmission system selection and program design of the hardware and software two aspects to ensure the reliability of the system. Analysis of bridge health monitoring data measurement system integration feasibility of monitoring content, and integrated technology route is given. In the end, the completion of shimen reservoir bridge scheme design of data acquisition and transmission system, this method effectively solves the bridge health monitoring data acquisition and transmission subsystem in all kinds of problems.Finally, in order to verify the design and development of data measurement system, to simplify the design of data measurement system and applied to the Benchmark of shimen reservoir bridge model and tested in the experiments, the experimental data is accurate, reliable and real-time measurement.
