With the development of the country’s Urbanization,building a new socialist countryside is also in full swing within the range of nationwide. Rural construction should be analyzed according to basis of local climatic conditions and geographical conditions,aiming create a good environment for the outdoor. In this regard, the paper take the different types of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone’s village for the study. On the basis of analyze the characteristics of the climate and terrain features of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone’s village, this paper was subjected to testing thermal environmental parameters, and Using CFD simulation software.So, this paper, mainly for the following three research areas:Firstly, through to definition of wind, heat and topography and to analyzed the regional climate characteristics in Poyang Lake area as well as local topography, field measurement of village’s outdoor thermal environment parameters and then summary of the law using statistical analysis, indicates that changes of temperature and humidity variation are obvious,Law of opening points’ wind speed and direction are not strong, in addition to the surface temperature of the underlying surface adopt the method of liner regression, the surface temperature of the underlying surface are related to the amount of solar radiation and air temperature, but the main factors accounting for the solar radiation.Secondly,compared the existing thermal environment simulation software characteristics,determined using software Phoenics simulate the temperature field and wind velocity field,and using software ecotect simulate outdoors’ solar radiation and sunshine projection,conducting a comprehensive analysis of the flat and mountain village from the wind, light three aspects. Including analysis of the plains and mountains village’ characteristics of solar radiation and sunshine, the influence of greening rate and layout on the flat village, slope and affect the layout of the mountain villages.Thirdly, on the basis of computer simulations and analysis experimental data,summarized the characteristics of Poyang Lake region village’s various layout and site selection, sum up the relevant design strategy and method in planning, mountain building layout, road design and other aspects.
