The mysterious deep sea attracted the interest of the human exploration marine, know the ocean, also aroused the desire to countries around the world that compete to explore and develop the deep sea resources. Deep resources exploration needs to rely on high-tech as the support, however, And the deep submersible is one of the ocean the forefront of technology development and the commanding heights, represents the Marine technology and China’s comprehensive national strength of our country. To our country level 7000 meters deep-sea vehicle “Jiaolong” enormous contribution for our country science and technology, our country began to turn to 11000 m in the research of full ocean depth manned submersibles(HOV).The operations of launch and recovery to HOV is a very important project, HOV’s launch and recovery performance will directly affect the operation safety, reliability and work efficiency in offshore. Due to the relay station will do periodic heave motion as the mother ship as do in condition of that frequency, amplitude are inconsistent, the mother ship heavy motion will be delivered to the relay station and submersible, etc.water equipment. In the process of recycling, wave motion has the direct impacts to the relay station and the submersible. in the manipulation of the HOV into repeater is very difficult, leading to the butting submersibles with relay station is very difficult. If the range of motion is too large, it will increase the difficulty of handling to the repeater, and even lead to the repeater or other equipment can’t work properly. In the condition of high waves, the motion that the frequency is consistent will lead to that the repeater and submersible occur giant fierce collision, cause the destruction of the submersible, and even affect the person safety of the manned cabin class. Also, the heave motion will lead to optical fiber cable tension occurring the phenomena of tension and relaxation irregularly, the excess nonuniform tension will lead to cable damage or rupture, even most of the adverse consequences. Therefore, according to the requirements are different to the deck launch and recovery system in the different submergence depth, the performance requirement in a certain sea state, in order to apply to 11000 meters manned submersible launch and recovery, it is crucial importance to developed a set launch and recovery system that is provided with sufficient strength, with heave compensation function, can solve the key problems, such as, buffer system automatic butting, cable tension protection, etc.The paper is that taking full ocean depth manned submersibles with cable(HOV) that is researching as research objects in Hadal Science and Technology Research Center of Shanghai Ocean University. It conducts the research of overall design and key technology of manned submersibles deck launch and recovery system through theoretical analysis, computer simulation and model experiment.First of all, the paper briefly describes the importance of marine science and marine equipment; it makes our country’s attention to the research of HOV, thus pulling out the necessity of the research about deck launch and recovery system. At the same time, analyzes the current situation and technology research deck launch and recovery system at home and abroad.Secondly, according to the operation requirements of 11000 m HOV, HOV structure characteristics, characteristics of sea conditions and other launch and recovery parameters, the paper proposes the performance of launch and recovery system portal framed structure, calculates the parameters of the strength, rigidity and bearing capacity, and checks it. Then using the three-dimensional model software to draw out the geometric model of the portal, and using the finite element software to analyze it; selects the types of the drive cylinder, and designing the parameters of the dynamic transmission of the cable. Studies have shown that the important component and mechanism launch and recovery system meet performance indicators demands, and frapping mechanism design will solve the key technical problem about the buffer butt joint protect.Finally, in the irregular waves and the mother ship makes a heave motion with the waves heave motion environment, it will occur the phenomena that submersible has six degrees of freedom irregular movement, and cable tension and relaxation is irregular. Taking into account the cable breakage or touching the hull, endanger personnel safety, putting forward the design necessary of the passive heave compensation system design and establishing its scheme, establishes a mathematical model of mother ships and submersibles heave movement, designs and calculates the parameters of heave compensation system, uses AMESim software to establish hydraulic control model and uses the MATLAB simulation method, then analyzes the compensator compensation performance. The research results show that the passive heave compensation system meets the requirements of the application, and solves the two key technical problems about the heave compensation technology and the cable tension protection technology.
