Contactoras a major categories of productsin low-voltage electrical industry, the basedproduct of low-voltage electrical industry 。 Its market and changes has beenconcerned by the most of enterprise。Along with the rapidly development of science andtechnology, the continuous improvement of the degree of automation, the market demand for contactor is also growing 。 This paperis the basis of themechanicaland electrical automation technology。After in-depth research, weputs forward contactor bridge assembly automation system to solve the problems of manual assembly, such as low efficiency, high cost, and yield and quality is difficult to keep up with market demand and other issues。(1)Analysis of assembly process requirements, establish the scheme design of mechanical structure and control scheme of the contactor bridge automatic assembly。(2)The overall design of the mechanical parts by using Solid Works software, according to the requirements of assembly todesign of each assembly station, such as feeding mechanism, separation mechanism, assembly and assembly quality inspectioninstitutions。(3)During the design process, using ANSYS to analyze and optimize the key parts of the mechanical structure design。(4)The design of electrical system including the entire production line and the pneumatic system and the man-machine control interface of PLC control system。Finally, through the debugging,we can accumulate the valuably experience and profound field operation。 We can familiar with the whole process automation equipment development and find out potential problems that may arise,to solve the problems that we found。Find and optimize the process of existing methods and mechanism designto enhance the stability and efficiency of the system。...
