Cement stabilized macadam base of super thickness and broad width was applied in highway for which had rapid construction speed, better felting capability and low cost in comparison with layer-built technique. It was discussed that the key construction techniques for cement stabilized macadambase of super thickness and broad width based on practical engineering in this paper for which was successfully used in guaxing highway of GanSu.Correlation Degree was analyzed for raw materials and seven days unconfined compressive strength by using Orthogonal test and grey correlation method, the result was cement dosage, passing rate of 4.75 mm and water content. The passing rate of 4.75 mm should be controlling between 30% and 35% The dry-shrinkage property of cement stabilized macadam base was tested for dense framework and suspension dense by using different molding methods. Aggregate crushing condition was analyzed for ifferent molding methods,which provided guidance and reference for Aggregate gradation and forming method Mineral aggregate gradation of support construction and Mix design were completed according to combined with "Specifications for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavemen "(D50-2006 JTG), Tianjin Municipal Engineering Research Institute and laboratory test results.It was provided that two sets Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant which production capacity was 400 t / h or one set which production capacity was 600 t /h and the number of transport vehicles in support construction. The data were calculated on the basis of Construction speed, width and thickness of cement stabilized macadam base of super thickness and broad width. Dynamic calibration and Anti segregation reform were carried out in mixing plant and paver. Working Coefficient of paver were recommend according to vibrating compacting theory and the selection method for Cement stabilized macadam base construction machinery. Roller mainly in larger Exciting force,other roller supplement.Compaction technology was recommended for Cement stabilized macadam base of super thickness and broad width in support construction. The Variability was studied include raw materials gradation, cement dosage, water content and degree of compaction. The results of the difference between the upper and lower part showed reasonable construction technology can guarantee the compaction. Sand filling tube had been transformed for Compaction test of Cement stabilized macadam base of super thickness and broad width.Construction period can be reduced by 20% and save money 2,280 dollar for the base width was 12 m and thickness was 35 cm by use of Cement stabilized macadam base of super thickness and broad width,which can retard and reduced the cracks, it had achieved good so-cial and economic benefits.
