For a long time,semi-rigid base course has been widely used as the main bearing layer of high-grade asphalt pavement.Cement-stabilized macadam,as its important representative,has been widely used for its good water stability,high strength and large bearing capacity.However,cracks are prone to occur during the use of water stabilized base,which affects their durability to a certain extent.Therefore,the important link to improve the durability of cement stabilized macadam base is to take measures to solve the problems related to cracks in cement stabilized macadam base.The quality assurance of raw materials is the premise of reducing cracks in cement stabilized macadam base course,which has been solved objectively.Therefore,the construction process and control measures are the main reasons for cracks in cement stabilized macadam base course.First of all,the mixing process of the mixture,the traditional mixing equipment is difficult to ensure the mixing uniformity of the mixture,the use of cement dosage is also on the high side;secondly,in the process of paving and rolling,habitually layered paving and rolling,which will lead to poor overall stress of the base,between the layers will produce bending and tensile stress.These problems will lead to cracks.In view of the above problems,this paper systematically adopts vibration mixing technology and wide width and full thickness paving technology to control the whole construction process of cement stabilized macadam,which significantly improves the construction quality of cement stabilized macadam.Vibration mixing technology ensures that cement,fine aggregate and water completely encapsulate coarse aggregate,so that the mixing uniformity of cement stabilized macadam is improved from macroscopic and microscopic aspects,and the vibration mixing makes the cement diffuse and distribute completely.Under the same strength,the dosage of cement can be reduced appropriately.The improvement of mixing efficiency and quality not only ensures the strength of cement stabilized macadam base,but also improves its service performance and durability.Wide-width and full-thickness paving technology is the use of high-efficiency construction equipment,the traditional layered base to a one-time paving,so that the construction process is basically reduced by half,construction progress is greatly advanced,to avoid layered paving roll-compaction between the layers of the problem of poor integration,thus greatly improving the quality of paving,but also to ensure that service performance.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the principle of vibratory mixing and one-time forming technology of wide width and full thickness,and demonstrates the feasibility of applying vibratory mixing and one-time forming technology of wide width and full thickness to lay cement stabilized macadam base.Thirdly,the combination and configuration ofconstruction machinery for cement stabilized macadam with vibration mixing and wide width and full thickness one-time molding technology are systematically studied.Finally,the evaluation method of mixing uniformity of cement stabilized macadam mixture is put forward based on a large number of test data of vibrating mixing and full-thickness one-time molding technology of cement stabilized macadam base.The method of testing compactness of wide-width and full-thickness is systematically analyzed in theory,and the method of testing compactness by sand filling is improved.Summarize the corresponding construction technology and key technology of quality control.
