Comprehensive Evaluation Of Highway Route Scheme

Selecting highway scheme is the macroscopic decision of express construction. Whether the line design scheme is reasonable determines the needs of national economic development, line use quality, project cost and operating conditions. In the long term, it has the sustainable influence for economy, society, environment, policy and so on. Therefore, it is particularly important to contrast the route scheme after a large number of survey.Based on the domestic and international research results, the paper teased the development of our country highway design concept, introduced the design process and concept of flexible design and analyzed the method,principle and controlling factors of expressway. Besides, the comprehensive evaluation index system of route scheme was built and each single index was analyzed respectively. Finally, integrating analytic hierarchy process, expert consultation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, expressway route scheme comprehensive evaluation model was built on the basis of expressway characteristic and evaluation index system to contrast the route scheme of Gui Gang –Long An highway, which verified the feasibility of evaluation model.The results indicates that index system was scientific and the model was simple and convenient. The paper discussed the expressway route scheme from the aspect of theory and example verification, which has a certain reference significance for selecting line scheme.
