With the rapid development of railway construction projects,on the one hand,people come to realize the scientific and rational evaluation of the railway line program is the premise of efficient construction of the railway.On the other hand,railway safety is attracting more and more attention,however,from the beginning of the line design schemes there is a potential security risk factors.How to effectively assess the risk of the program before the election,and how to reduce or to avoid engineering risks from the source,have become increasingly important.Therefore,in the early stage of railway construction,the comprehensive evaluation of the alternatives is made,and the optimal solution of both the technical,economic and operational requirements and the new concept of "safety,environmental protection and harmony" are met,which is of importance and practical significance.This paper comprehensively considers the factors that affect the evaluation of the line scheme,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of the railway line scheme including the safety factor index.Then,the paper establishes the evaluation index screening method based on the knowledge information entropy attribute reduction algorithm,and determines the weight of the index combined with the rough set attribute importance degree and the expert experience.Last,adopting the set analysis and evaluation methods the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of railway lines.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,in addition to considering the influence of engineering technology,operating conditions,economy,environment and social benefits,this paper puts forward adding safety factors.Then the 36 evaluation factors which affect the railway route selection scheme are established.Secondly,combined with the relevant norms and predecessors' research results,this paper analyzes and summarizes the potential safety risk factors of the railway line.Then,this paper respectively establishes the safety assessment system of the railway line,the subgrade,the bridge,the tunnel and the railway station and quantifies the safety influences of the project.Thirdly,in order to solve the shortcomings of the previous methods of subjective screening index system,an objective mathematical method combining rough set theory with information entropy is proposed to apply the index screening.By adding the decision-maker's intention in the screening process,we can establish the index system of the Chaoyang-Panying express railway.Then,the objective weight of the index is calculated by using the rough set attribute importance method,and the subjective weight of the index is taken into account by considering the knowledge and experience of the evaluator,then the weighted weight combination of the two parts is taken as the final comprehensive weight of the evaluation index.Lastly,the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of the railway route scheme using the set pair analysis method.Therefore,the optimal scheme is selected by comparing the standard level of each line scheme.
