Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Highway Route Scheme And Examples Analysis

Whether the line design scheme is reasonable not only determines the project investment of highway, transportation efficiency and the use quality, but also directly related to whether it can play the expected role in political and economic. Therefore, after a large number of survey, it is particularly important to contrast selection work and judge the rationality of the route scheme.This paper first analyzes the control elements and principles of highway route selection, the steps and problems needed attention of route scheme selection. Then, according to the principles of evaluation established, establishes single evaluation index system, and analyzes the index system qualitatively and quantitatively according to author's own understanding, and builds hierarchical structure of evaluation index system.After that, according to the characteristics of highway construction projects and the established index system, selects two methods which are Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combines this two methods to establish an evaluation model to evaluate the scheme comprehensively. Authors through the six months practice in CCCC First Highway Consultants Co., Summaries the above evaluation index system and evaluation model, and analyzes the practical example of the construction project of AnXiang to CiLi highway in Hunan province,and evaluate the recommended project, and also tests the evaluation model.The practice result shows that the line design scheme of the project is well, reasonable and feasible. The paper both analyzes the example by using the selected model, and tests the model through the example. The established evaluation index system is systematic and scientific, and the evaluation method is simple and feasible, so the evaluation index system and the evaluation model can be well applied to practice.
