May go a step further lifting gear security and timeliness based on electronic control’s auto safety equipment, and the cost is low, the application prospect is broad, and the development momentum is good At present, takeing the lead by the Chinese to invent, changing the energy-absorbing in the auto safety technology on former days, by the innovative idea boldly, using the cutting type energy-absorbing, and developing a new energy-absorbing set--- the energy-absorbing equipment by cutting the screw thread teeth for automobile collision, is receiving the world attention, and eagerly anticipates the auto safety technology to a new stair.This article develops a electronic control system by researching and improvement manner, controls the ability of this new automobile collision energy-absorbing set on the real-time, and the content is as follows specifically:Analyzing the auto safety installment and electronic control system’s domestic and foreign research present situation and its practical significance; Carrying on the control system’s project concept demonstration and the feasibility analysis of the designation plan emphatically, and in the plan the various factors’ definite process and the related computation, determined finally the implementation plan is as follows: In order to guarantee that the automobile collision process stability, and enhance the automaticity of the energy-absorbing set, for the energy-absorbing equipment by cutting the screw thread teeth for automobile collision, taking the monolithic integrated circuit as the core control system, by receiving the wheel fast signal which the sensor gains, computing the size of the collision energy, according to the above, the ability of this new automobile collision energy-absorbing set can be adjusted. The ability of energy-absorbing of the equipment can be possibly taken correspondingly under the friction speed, namely reaching the automatic control of the ability of energy-absorbing; Finally, use related software to carry on the synthesis debugging and simulation for the designed system’s software and hardware, th further proof the feasibility of the scheme.The result indicated that it is feasible to control the new automobile collision energy-absorbing equipment by using the electronic control system, and makes it have the real-time characteristic for the energy-absorbing, and that improves the capability of the set.
