Large wind farms have been fully developed,because of their scaled benefits except for the particular advantages in energy saving and environment protection. However, wind power is restricted by the nature resource of wind, so the stability and supply quality of the system will be reduced. And with the enlargement of the wind farm scale, the negative effects of wind power become more and more serious, and turn to be great obstacle of the further utilization of the wind resource. Therefore research on characteristics of grid-connected wind farm becomes an important issue to the design and operation of the power system.At first, this paper consummates the dynamic characteristics of the active stall wind turbine system under the theory of stability analyse in power grid. A integrate dynamic model was used to do the simulation. The dynamic performance of the system under different operating condition was analyzed with numerical simulation of the model. After that, the model of wind turbine generator system and the model of gas turbine generator system were integrated, and the complex model is called wind-gas turbine generator system.And then, the power equipment model has been built, which used to improve on performance of power grid. The Static Var Compensator (SVC) is a shunt device of the Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) family using power electronics tocontrol power flow to improve transient stability on power grids. The Generic Power System Stabilizer (PSS) block can be used to add damping to the rotor oscillations of the electrical machine by controlling its excitation. The disturbances occurring in a power system induce electromechanical oscillations of the electrical generators.Finally, the complementary system has been put into power grid and implements the dynamic simulation. Simulink circumstance can simulate the response of power grid which imported the real wind speed. The response of power grid can be simulated when anisomerous fault accruing too. Through improve the complementary system and add power equipment, the results show that power grid can run in a steady state. That power grid also can restore after shot malfunction happening.Under current economic and technological conditions, wind-gas hybrid power system system will have a better foreground. The simulation results provided the application of wind-gas turbine generator system with a theoretical foundation.
