Nearly for30years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved considerable development, but at the same time as China’s rapid economic development, inter-regional economic disparities phenomenon has drawn increasing attention, and how to promote coordinated regional economic development major theoretical and practical problems.The process of developing the western region, Guizhou Province as a less developed, less development, less open, the traditional major agricultural province, has made considerable progress in economic development in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, but the imbalance of regional economic development in the provinceissues are also increasingly apparent that the nine City, Guizhou Province (state,)"economic development during the11th five-Year comparative Study in order from the local to the strengths and weaknesses of the overall better understanding of the economic development of Guizhou Province, in order to follow the scientific developmentrequirements of the concept, and promote the coordinated development of the nine municipalities, Guizhou Province cities(state,area)。In this paper a comparative study of the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, nine City, Guizhou Province (state,) starting from the point of view of comparative economics, and predict the characteristics and trends of regional economic development in Guizhou Province, the study of competition and cooperation of the regional economy in the province way to make the historic leap of Guizhou’s economy, in order to promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the regional economy, to explore.
