A Study On The Motive Force Of Economic Growth In Guizhou In The 13th Five-year

Since the reform and opening up and the accelerated pace of economic and social development,the continuous development of productive forces and scientific and technological progress have jointly China's economic growth.China's economy has seen remarkable achievements with an annual growth rate of 10% on average.Guizhou Province,in recent years has achieved a leap-forward development economically.especially during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,the regional GDP maintained double-digit growth,the average annual growth rate of 12.5%.Therefore,in this big scene of national economic slowdown,the research on the driving forces of the economic growth of Guizhou to ensure the rapid and good economic development is a problem worth exploring.Based on the theories related to economic growth,this paper analyzes driving forces of the economic growth in Guizhou Province from both demand and supply sides.First of all,through the descriptive analysis of various economic growth factors of Guizhou Province,the present situation of the dynamic factors is obtained.Next,study the impact trend of the economic developmentdirection of Guizhou Province during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period on the different growth factors.Then,the driving forces and the production function method are utilized to perform empirical research on the dynamic factors influencing the economic growth of Guizhou Province.The level of economic growth effect of each factor is obtained and explained.After that,by adopting the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA),the " Quantitative prediction and analysis of economic growth momentum.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the economic growth of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period in Guizhou Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of demand,we can see that the main driving factors of economic growth in Guizhou are investment and consumption,but the effect of import and export trade on economic growth has not yet been obvious due to the Guizhou's low degree of opening up.(2)It can be seen from the research on supply perspective that capital,human capital,industrial structure,ownership structure,urbanization and innovation level have a positive effect on the economic growth of Guizhou Province,among which capital,human capital and innovation level play a significant role in promoting economy.However,the number of labor has a inhibitory effect on on the economic growth of Guizhou Province and the number of labor is negatively correlated with economic growth,which can explain the population bonus in Guizhou Province has gradually disappeared and the investment on labour quantities is no longer a fundamental driving force of the economic growth of Guizhou Province(3)From the analysis and forecast of dynamic factors of Guizhou's economic growth during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,it can be derived that the investment will remain to be the main driving force of Guizhou's economic growth,and the advancement of urbanization will be beneficial for further developing consumer demand(4)According to the analysis of the article,finally corresponding recommendations will be given on the aspects of steady investments,promoting consumption,optimizing the industrial structure,enhancing human capital investment,developing new mode of urbanizationan and deepening reforms.
