Regional Government To Guide The Mechanism Design Of Industrial Cooperation And Development

With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of regional integration, and Government attached more and more importance to regional dev-elopment, regional economic development has been in "full bloom" stage. Consi-dering the interests of their respective cities, and lack of awareness of a large a-rea, a large market, resulting in the appearance of uncoordinated development, s-uch as Local protection, Market segmentation, Duplicated construction, and so on. In this paper, study on cooperation and competition among local government rela tions among industries, analysis the factors that which strategic have advantages t o regional governmental and corresponding results by the game theory anddesign appropriate mechanisms to guide to cooperation. So it’s important to analysis co-operation and competition among local government relationship of industries from the macro level for promoting coordinated development of regional economic.Firstly, in the paper, introduce the involved basis theoretical and summarize d omestic and foreign study and thesis on the concept of "cooperation" and "com-petition", and on this basis, writer define the concept of the "cooperation" and " competition",in order to serve the article research and analysis.Secondly, based on the theoretical framework of non-cooperative game, respe-ctttively, study the relationship of cooperation and competition, and analyzed gam-e results under different conditions, by using the four models,such as Complete information and static model, Complete information and dynamic model, Incom-plete information and static model, Incomplete information and dynamic model.Then analysis deeply relationship of cooperation and competition between the three cities,(Nanjing Zhenjiang and Yangzhou) based on studying on petroche-mical industry in three cities, and make policy for the future development of the petrochemical industry among the three cities.Finally, The end of the article is that to reduce the probability of local gove-rnments fall into "prisoner’s dilemma" and to increase the probability of long ter-m cooperation, it’s time to establish an effective regional cooperation-competition system. Although it is a complicated systematic project, but joint efforts of all, based on the mechanism designing theory, design the effective mechanism, which will make the regional industrial from competition to cooperation-competition, b-y using non cooperative game theory and cooperative game.
