The Study Of The Effect And Innovation In The Supervision Of Food Security

The food security and food adequacy have been fundamental to the issue of public livelihood. They are also critical to the public trust, political stability as well as national development. Hence, they will lay a solid foundation for the party and national governance, which means that great efforts should be able to address this issue. However, the food security which is an urgent problem has not been well addressed. Hence, further efforts should be made to solve this problem. Based on the current status of food security and the technical gap for the food security supervision compared with the advanced technology in foreign countries, this paper has identified the subjective and objective causes of the food security in China as well as the weak link in the food security supervision. Moreover, this paper has also made an in-depth analysis on the advanced experience of Hangzhou Farm Product Logistics Center in food security supervision. After studying the effective technologies for supervising the food security, this paper has explored the path for the transformation and innovation in the food security supervision in China.First of all, this paper has elaborated on the necessity and meaning of enhancing the food security. Secondly, this paper has introduced the current status of food security and the urgency of strengthening the food security supervision in China. Thirdly, in view of the challenge and weak links faced by the food security, this paper has referred to the practical experience of Hangzhou Farm Product Logistics Center. In addition, it has also discussed and summarized the measures aimed to enhance the supervision over food security. The fourth chapter is devoted to discussing the problems existing in the food security supervision. The fifth chapter aims to promote the experience of Hangzhou Farm Product Logistics Center in supervising the food security. The sixth chapter is concerned with the key points and effective means from the perspective of completing the legal system, implementing the main responsibility system for food security, holding the regulatory authorities accountable as well as realizing the social multi-governance over food security. With the views of the author included, this paper has been summarized and improved accordingly.
