Research On Perfecting The Financing Environment Of Science And Technology Enterprises In China

More than three decades of reform and opening up, China has made remarkableachievements, economic aggregate ranked second in the world, manufacturing scale inthe world, but many of our industry is in the low end of the global industrial chain,independent innovation capability and core competitiveness not strong, low value-addedproducts, increasing resource and environmental constraints, China is now the world’slargest economy, but it is not the economic power, we must change the mode ofdevelopment, stimulating investment from the past into an innovation-driven, to create anew core of China’s economy competitiveness and achieve economic powers made bythe economic power forward, we must further optimize the environment for innovation,investment and financing environment in which science and technology is an importantcomponent.At this stage, the financing environment for China’s science and technology is stillfar from perfect and perfect technology enterprises, especially small and mediumenterprises in technology funding gap is growing, in order to occupy the commandingheights of science and technology must be a reasonable allocation of social resources, tosupport the technological innovation of enterprises, and actively play researchinstitutions and universities R&D capabilities, national and local governments toprovide appropriate policy to provide legal protection, active play venture capital andbank loans in financing functions play an active capital market, especially the "new threeboard" and GEM financing function.In order to further improve the financing environment of scientific andtechnological innovation, this paper summarizes the model developed in the areas andinitiatives, on this basis, combined with China’s national conditions of China’s indirectfinancing, direct financing and government investment in science and technologyinnovation to analyze the situation, identify shortcomings of existing policies andinvestment, the development goals for our next proposed to improve the financingenvironment of technological innovation initiatives.
