A Study On The Difference Of New Industrialization In Six Provinces Of Central China

Industrialization is the base and core of developing countries and regions toachieve economic modermization^is the only way to achieve economicmodernization.Regional industrialization is the source of the regional economicgrowth，the difference of the regional industrialization is a major source of the regionaleconomic difference. Therefore，the problem of the regional economic de’velopmentsdifferences is essentially the problem of the regional industrialization’s differences.This paper summed up the research on domestic and international, study thedifferences of industrialization between the six provinces in central China. First of all,this paper constructs the index system for evaluation new industrialization level of thesix provinces in central China from the aspects of economic development, industrialstructure, human resources, economic benefit, technology content, resourceconsumption and information level, etc. The second，use the factor analysis method tothe six central provinces in2010year for comprehensive evaluation of newindustrialization level, and rank based on factor score，Points out that its position in thenaitonal.Again，Collecting2001-2010ten years of the new industrialization index data,Empirical analysis using multivariate analysis of variance methods for the differences ofthe six provinces’ new industrialization level, pointed out that the major causes ofdifferences，At last，the suggestions and countermeasures in put forward on the basis ofaccelerating new industrialization coordinated development of the six provinces incentral China.This paper’s major research conclusions:the level of industrialization in Hunanprovince ranked12th in the country, the level of industrialization in Hubei provinceranked13th in the country, the level of industrialization in Anhui province ranked14thin the country, the level of industrialization in Henan province ranked15th in thecountry, the level of industrialization in Jiangxi province ranked18th in the country, thelevel of industrialization in Shanxi province ranked26th in the country.but the sixprovinces in central China’s new industrialization level have no differences in the twofactors of economic development level and information level; but have differences onthe industrial structure, human resources, economic beneift, technology content, resource consumption. And analyze the reasons of difference exist from the aspects ofnatural resources, industrial location, industry structure, human resources and theeiffciency of resource use and environmental protection capacity.The suggestions andcountermeasures of accelerating new industrialization coordinated development of thesix provinces in central China is put forward based on the reasons of the difference exist:Strengthen the cultivation of leading industries, promote the optimization andupgrading of industrial structure; Strive to foster the growth pole of the urbanagglomeration, promote regional economic development; Optimal allocation ofresources, give full play to advantages of human resources; Promote energy-saving andemission-reduction, enhance sustainable development ability.
