Forest Park is an important carrier to develop eco-tourism, and is also an important forest resources to maintain harmony between man and nature. How to develop such a tourist attraction rationally, how to improve the tourism appeal of Forest Park on the basis of balancing the economic and ecological value of Forest Park to promote the sustainable development of forest tourism should receive attention.Qinglonghu forest park as a traditional national forest park, has experienced nearly20years of development course since its development. Now its pace of development is slowing down, with the Tourism products aging and tourism products type becoming simple. With the development of the times, tourists psychology and behavior matures, its diversity, personalized travel demand is increasingly difficult to meet, while the surrounding tourist attractions is extremely competitive. Qinglonghu gradually facing stagnation or recession crisis. How to relieve the crisis, extending tourism vitality of Qinglonghu park, and enhancing the overall tourism attraction of the park is a serious issue to the sustainable tourism development of Qinglonghu park.This paper summarizes and combs the research related to forest parks and tourism attraction at home and abroad, on the basis of which, the researcher builds the tourism attraction evaluation model of Qinglonghu Forest Park, in order to objectively evaluate the attractiveness of Qinglonghu Forest Park to tourists.For the construction of the factors system, the researcher selects five firstlevel factors and19secondary factors drawing on the basis of previous studies, considering the unique attributes of Forest Park and the Actual situation of Qinglonghu Park. The five firstlevel factors are tourism resources, overall image, accessibility, tourism reception conditions and relationships with other tourist places. The19secondary factors are the natural landscape, cultural landscape, ecological environment, folk customs, attractions concentration, scenic carrying capacity, visibility, reputation, traffic conditions to connect tourists, journey time, traffic costs, catering condition, accommodation, recreational facilities and projects, infrastructure, shopping conditions, staff service, degree of difference with the nearby tourist attractions, and distance to nearby tourist attractions.Basis of the factors system, the researcher respectively designs expert questionnaires and tourist questionnaires for visiting tourists and industry experts of Qinglonghu Forest Park, and interviews them; using AHP to analysis the acquired data from expert questionnaires, in order to determine the impact of the factors of Qinglonghu’s tourism attraction; using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analysis the data from tourist questionnaires, then to evaluate the tourism attraction of Qinglonghu park. combining with the indicator weights derived by AHP. Thus the conclusions drawn from this study are:tourism resources have the greatest impact on tourism attraction of Qinglonghu Forest Park, the impact of accessibility, tourist reception conditions and overall image to the tourism attraction of Qinglonghu Forest Park reduces one by one, and relationships with other tourist places have minimal impact on tourism attraction of Qinglonghu park; Secondary factors can be divided into three grades by weights:the first important factors include natural landscape, traffic conditions to connect tourists, cultural landscape, visibility, ecological environment, journey time. The second important factors include folk customs, degree of difference with the nearby tourist attractions, accommodation, reputation, attractions concentration, dining conditions, transportation costs, scenic carrying capacity, and distance to nearby tourist attractions. The third important factors are infrastructure, staff services, recreational facilities and projects, shopping conditions. Qinglonghu’s overall tourism attraction is in the "normal" level, the attractiveness of attractiveness of tourism resources is" high ", the attractiveness of overall image, accessibility, tourist reception conditions and relationships with other tourist places are " general."Finally, the researcher presents a few promotion strategies about the tourism attraction of Qinglonghu park according to the evaluation results. Specifically, four areas are made recommendations:developing innovative tourism products, optimizing scenic transportation environment, enhancing the overall image and improving the scenic tourist facilities.
