With the development of information technology and the promotion and application of big data platform,it has promoted the popularization of "Internet Government" mode.Through the development of the public service mode of "Internet government affairs," we should promote the government to simplify and delegate power,put the administration together,optimize the service,and at the same time let the masses and enterprises run less errands,so as to do things well without adding to the block.This also indicates that the functions of public service departments in China are gradually changing to service-oriented government at present.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology provides information services to small and medium-sized enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.Financing services,public service platform portals for management consulting,legal services,personnel training and technological innovation services,through the integration of high-quality service resources,the creation of specialized and special new platforms,the interpretation platform for policy release and the industrial design platform.In order to better promote the improvement of the service quality of the public service platform of small and medium-sized enterprises,it has gradually become specialized and market-oriented.It is very important and urgent to adopt scientific and reasonable evaluation method of service quality of public service system.The theory of service management is applied to the field of public management,and the service quality model of public service platform of small and medium-sized enterprises is constructed by introducing service quality model to carry out scientific and effective quality evaluation.Promote the platform to continuously optimize its own public services,improve the level of public services.First of all,through the analysis of relevant literature,the quality of public services,service,public service platform and public service platform for SMEs service quality evaluation concept,combined with the related theories of service management and public sector performance evaluation together,according to the SERVQUAL model supporting PZB,through user centered,introducing perceived importance the index weight,the establishment of public service platform for SMEs service quality evaluation model,service quality evaluation index system of the platform as well as questionnaire items.Combiningquestionnaire,the public service platform for SMEs in Cangzhou city as an example,to the user.The score of service quality of the platform was calculated to be 76.77,and the level of evaluation was on a good bias.Secondly,by using the method of statistical analysis,combining with linear regression analysis and correlation data analysis,four index factors which have obvious influence on the quality of service of the platform are explored,which are to meet the demand,security,follow-up tracking,respectively.At the same time,the users of the public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Cangzhou City do not have a significant impact on the follow-up tracking and meeting the needs of the platform at the specific age,the tools used on the Internet,and the time spent on the Internet every day.However,The number of visits to government public service websites and the value that the platform gives to users,as well as the time and degree of access to the network by users,are safe for the platform The sex aspect has the obvious influence relation.Finally,in order to improve the service quality of the platform,set up a good image of service-oriented government,combined with the results of relevant data analysis put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and put forward the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for future research.
