Study On Development Strategy Of Coal Chemical Industry In Shuangxin Resources Group In Inner

Coal is the primary energy in China, is of great significance to China’s rapid economic development. But high consumption, high pollution and resource constraintsproblems occur after long time mining and use, which resulting in environmental pollution, ecological damage, environmental degradation and resource depletion etc. All these problem severely restrict the development of the coal industry. So coal enterprises have to meet the great challenge on sustainable development, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, integration of resources, enhance own advance and potentials in industry restructuring. Development of advanced coal-based chemical industry is the only way to achieve sustainable development for coal enterprises in China.This article is based on Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Resources Group as research object,with sustainable development and recycling as economy theory, through analysis its internal and external environment with SWOT tool,analysis its strengths and weaknesses to evaluate the necessity&feasibility of developing advanced coal-based chemical industry in this group from the strategic height. This article works out the overall target,stage target and implementation procedures for new coal-based chemical industry development by a strategic planning design; explores and plans its development approaches and mode by combiningcharacters of coal-based chemical industry chain and coal processing industrial; proposes internal and external guarantee measuresfor Shuangxin Resources Group’s new coal-based chemical development strategy. The article has a positive significance for enhancing Shuangxin Resources group’s core competitiveness and supporting implementation of their new coal-based chemical industry development strategy.
