Evaluation On The International Competitiveness Of China 's Lamb Industry And Its Influencing Factors And Policy Suggestions

In recent years, mutton output of China ranks first in the world, but not commensurate with the producer is sheep exports in China for the declining trend, the international market share of less than2%, mutton in China export trade is influenced by factors in many aspects the development is slow, the trade structure should be optimized, research and analysis on China’s export of mutton trade through study of index analysis and econometric analysis method, more guidance on the development of export trade of mutton.The paper introduces the status quo of mutton sheep industry development of our country, and research on something of mutton export competitiveness of China, the absolute number of comparative analysis, international market share analysis and revealed comparative advantage index analysis method to the analysis of China and other main producing countries and major export country data, results show that the weak international competitiveness in China mutton products, compared with other major countries and the major exporting countries, there is still a certain gap. By using the econometric analysis method of setting model, influence factors of mutton exports for empirical analysis, find out the important degree of influence factors on China’s exports of mutton, lamb, mutton and mutton production production cost of export prices, exchange rate changes and policy factors have a significant impact on export.Through the analysis of influence factors, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, think through large-scale farming, build brands, improve the subsidy breeding technology, policy and regulation of the relations between international and domestic supply and demand measures in many aspects to achieve mutton exports.
