Research On The Correlation Between Human Capital And Civil Service

Along with the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, with the increasing importance of service industry among the national economy and social life, the world economy has entered into a service economy, and the economic competition between each country has shift to service competition. The public and airport owner are paying more attention on the airport service quality. Now, airport service quality is one of the airport quality evaluation index, as well as one of the competition power. As the transport enterprise, civil aviation airport is taking the pressure both from external and internal. Now, how to improve the service quality effectively and efficiently has become one of the most concerned issues in the world.This paper focus on the exposure of whether the human resource can influence on the airport service quality. In addition, it also explore whether the different human capital can promote the quality of airport service. First of all, based on the theory of human capital and service quality, this paper discussed the relationship between human capital and quality of airport service, and then builds a hypothesis. The second section it analyses data of human resource data in16airports from2007to2011and then made an overlook about the relationship between human capital and service quality in the airport. Finally, it takes Chongqing jiangbei international airport company as an example, and makes some suggestions on how to improve the quality of airport service based on the discussion and findings.This thesis uses linear regression model and panel data model on the base of research and analysis. Using ACI service quality evaluations of16inland airports as research samples; this thesis tries to explain the relationships between quantity and quality of human capital and airport service quality, and to demonstrate separation rate and emolument are important to the regulation. As a matter of fact, In2013,Shanghai pudong airport got the highest ACI assessment indicators, in addition, including amount of human capital, personal income, and total proportion of operator, all those indicator got the maximal value, as for turnover rate, it got the minimal value.
