The tourism of hulunbuir not only have the characteristics of low cost and good benefits,but also led to the development of local economy and increasing opportunities of the employment.but, The tourism development of hulunbuir have big gap compared with developed areas, Due to the level of local traffic developed and the operation and management is not high,leding to the development of tourism does not match with the local richly resources in tourist, The tourism influencing on the growth of local GDP is not obvious. Therefore, How to achieve high development of fledgling national tourism, How to realize the sustainable development of tourism and the local economy is an important topic in front of the local government.
