Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Basic Medical Insurance Fund In China

Hundreds of millions of people’s basic medical insurance undertakings of healthy,happy relationship thousands of households, is a major livelihood issues. Social medicalinsurance fund is the basic medical security system reform, is the ligament through fromthe people, is to protect the source, make good use of medical insurance fund, equity onthe protection of workers, maintain social stability, it is of great significance toconstruct a harmonious society. At present, a nationwide basic medical insurancecoverage to more than95%,13.4million have different levels of social medicalinsurance, but there are many problems in the medical insurance fund operation: topsystem design deficiencies, medical supervision is not in place, the security level of aserious illness. In this paper, the theory of fairness and justice, The theory of publicgoods，social welfare theory as the theoretical basis, the basic medical insurance fund ofTaicang city as a case of actual operation, put forward the reform the top design,strengthening the handling department, supervision department management,continuously push forward the serious illness security mechanism construction,strengthen the construction of medical insurance information system, the realization ofthe basic medical fair and efficient use of insurance funds.
