Analysis On Network Distributionand Its Application Of Chinese Budget Hotel

In China, economic hotel industry is still a kind of emerging Business, Due to the short-time development of the field, there are some inadequacies in economic hotel industry, and one of these is the construction of network of hotel distribution system. Based on the analysis of literatures and the practical application of the distribution network, how economic hotel can choose an appropriate network of hotel distribution system is the emphasis of this paper.Firstly, some references related to the development of economic hotel and the application of network of hotel distribution channel were summarized by the author, then, on the base of systemically organizing and analyzing the development of the distribution of hotel, the development of the network of economic hotel'distribution channel, The main method of distribution network, the effect of applying network of hotel distribution system, etc. the author propose Seven factors that affect the decision about the network of economic hotel distribution system , which includes Marketing, finance, management, competitors, customers, suppliers and technology , etc. along with the initial interview, 22 subsections are draw out by the author, and then come into being the questionnaire.Secondly, using the analysis of logistic, we justify and modify the previous research conclusion, and get eight Impact Factors. According to these eight factors, the author makes an analysis for each economy hotel about what kinds of network of hotel distribution system they should take.Finally, the author points out that economic hotel should make some preparation on some aspects such as cultivating the talent, raising the management level, so as to cope with challenges brought by the application of network of hotel distribution system...
