In recent years, the organic food industry in China has made goodprogress, but also faces security problems, such as the existence ofregulatory system, regulatory environment and other issues, Theimportance of organic food safety draws public concerns. The party andthe country attached great importance to food safety issues of the massesof the people. The report of the18thNational Congress of the CPC pointsout: the issue of food safety concerns the vital interests of the masses,wemust attach great importance and conscientiously resolve the issue offood safety. Therefore, through the study of organic food developmentand safety supervision guarantee, we can build up the perfect organicfood supervision system and attach importance to thepeople’s health. This is not only to promote the optimization andupgrading of the industrial structure, improve the competitiveness of ourfood industry, but also has great significance to the maintenance ofChina’s food safety order.The basic stand, viewpoint and method according to the Marxdoctrine, by combining the theory of political economy, economics ofmanagement theory and other related theories, using data analysis method,comparative analysis method, empirical analysis method, carries on thesystem analysis to the presence of organic food safety supervision in China, and the supervision system is not perfect, imperfect regulatoryenvironment moral ethics, lack of specific issues such as food safetysupervision, learn from the experience of foreign developed countries, putforward corresponding countermeasures, reality and operability.The organic food safety supervision in China has many problemssuch as the supervision system is not perfect, the regulatory environmentis not perfect, and lack of moral ethics. On the basis of foreign developedcountries, organic food safety regulatory practices and experiences, thispaper constructs the organic food safety supervision system of China’s"four in one", all levels of government is organic food safety regulatorypolicy makers; organic food safety supervision department supervisionpolicy executors; production enterprises in the organic food productionprocess in the whole industry chain should have the awareness of selfsupervision; the vast number of consumers are activeparticipants, organic food safety supervision at the same time, we shouldmake full use of the network media publicity platform, the organiccombination of the economic subject, organic food safety supervision inChina to ensure effective implementation.
