In recent years,The living environment of each commercial bank is becoming more and more difficult,the Banks' understanding about the importance of talent have further improved, banks gradually began to attach importance to the mining advantage in human resources, to gain living advantage. More and more commercial banks began focus attention the performance management. Performance appraisal have paled a very important role in the performance management system of commercial banks. Through the establishment of effective performance appraisal system of employee, then apply to the distribution scheme of the wages can be able to developed bank in terms of human resource potential in the maximum extent.The commercial bank has many complex performance appraisal methods now, but there are many different defects largely for the branch of this group. The branch of basic level management the layer network, often have to face the customer and burden of all performance tasks. The performance appraisal scheme of a branch can promote the development of the business and enhance staff confidence directly if it is reasonable. It can be seen that it is important the branch have a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system. Bank B is a branch of bank A as the only City outlets in C, it contains many employees and it is hard to management, there has a gap of the income between the Branch B and other single branch,the staff has been battered, it is important that create a fair and effective performance appraisal mechanism and salary distribution scheme.In this paper, the same time as the research of the commercial bank performance appraisal of domestic and foreign related literature, with the case of B branch of A bank which weight of heavy short-term light long-term,heavy financial and non-financial light and serious subjective tendency when it set up the evaluation index and have a further discussion on how to improve the scheme of the performance of the branch. In order to not subvert its original design direction of the premise, to establish a performance appraisal and salary reform scheme which more scientific and more feasible, make the employees of the branch can use more positive state to meet the work, To promote the development of the branch and it is also to improve their wages,provide some reference performance about evaluation and salary allocation scheme for bank B.This paper is divided into six parts discussing the performance appraisal and salary allocation problem of the branch B in this paper. The first part introduce the development dynamic of performance appraisal about commercial bank both domestic and international point of view; the second part discourse the performance appraisal theory of the commercial bank; the third part introduces the human resources and operating conditions of branch B and analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of branch B; the fourth part improve performance evaluation index and weight of the branch B; The fifth part introduce the wage distribution scheme of the B branch; the sixth part is the summary of the previous article.
