The performance appraisal system of the bank science can make the function of the bank financial system more clear and promote the long-term management of the bank.The role of the bank performance evaluation system in the bank is directed,pulling and leveraging,and this effect is continuous.The performance appraisal system of the bank provides a guarantee for standardized,standardized and institutionalized management banks,which has a great effect on the improvement of the efficiency of the bank and the improvement of the work quality of the bank personnel,and has realized the fairness and impartiality of the work of the bank and promoted the standardization of the work of the bank.The establishment of bank performance appraisal system can guide the performance evaluation of our banking system,and provide reference for other government agencies.This paper first introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the topic and the content of the paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the related performance management literature.Based on the concept of human resource performance management,the connotation of the management evaluation of human resources is expounded,and the management principles and management system of the performance evaluation are introduced.This paper introduces the research results and theories of human resource management performance at home and abroad,and provides a basis for performance management research of commercial banks.On this basis,the performance appraisal system of employees in commercial banks is introduced.Based on the strategic human resource management angle,this paper constructs the performance evaluation model of commercial bank employees,introduces the principle of reflecting the function and the design index,constructs the performance evaluation index system of the commercial bank employees,analyzes the design of the index system,the connotation of the index,and determines the weight of the index.Next,the bank performance appraisal cases are analyzed.Based on the staff performance evaluation index system and evaluation model proposed in this paper,the performance activities of SP bank employees are evaluated comprehensively.Based on the evaluation results,the advantages and disadvantages of SP banks are analyzed.The strategy of improving the employee management performance is studied from the reality of SP bank,and the improvement of the performance appraisal practice of the SP bank employees is verified.The core of the performance appraisal system of the bank staff is to design the performance evaluation index.In order to make it practical,it needs in-depth investigation to obtain the detailed objective data and gradually improve the design standard on the basis of practice.On the basis of the case study,the scheme of optimizing the performance evaluation of the employees of the Bank covers the following: choosing the reasonable performance evaluation method,keeping in line with the long-term development goal of the enterprise,increasing the process management index,carrying out the wide band salary of the job salary,the bonus distribution according to the contribution of the post value,and adopting the zero cost incentive management.
