Currently, Entrepneurship in our country is in a period of rapid development, thestate encourages entrepreneurs to venture and hope to promote employment byentrepreneurship. But we should have a correct understanding of entrepreneurship:theprobability of success, especially the first-time entrepreneurs, is very low. Venturefailure will bring crucial financial losses to entrepreneurs, at the same time, it willbring tremendous trauma to entrepreneurs. But from another perspective, the failurecreats an opportunity for entrepreneurs to carry out a deep self-reflection and enhancetheir entrepreneurial releated skills, making the probability of future business successgreatly increased. As to the existing literature, few scholars started to explore theexperience of business failure, but little attention was put on the influence of businessfailure to re-entrepreneurship, so as to the role of overconfidence in this process. On the basis of the existing literature, this article focus on three issues: Firstly, what kind of impact the business failure have on the business model and re-enter time?Secondly, what kind of impact the overconfidence have on entrepreneurial mode andre-enter time? Thirdly, what kind of impact the overconfidence have on therelationship between business failure and entrepreneurial mode, as so to the re-entertime? In response to these three issues, the paper presented six assumptions after adetailed theoretical analysis. We collected135questionnaires by questionnaire, though visits, using SPSS19.0for data analysis and processing, making an empiricalresearch to the assumptions. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The relation between business failure attribution and re-entrepreneurial mode, business failure attribution and re-enter time. Through the analysis of the sample, itcan be seen that: the one who have higher internal attribution more likely change theentrepreneurship mode and have longer re-enter time.(2)The relation between overconfidence and entrepreneurship mode, overconfidence and re-enter time. From the results of this study we can see:the onewho have overconfidence is less likely changes the entrepreneurship mode and have a shorter re-enter time.(3)The effect ajustment. Through this study, we can find that overconfidence playa regulatory role on the relation between business failure attribution andre-entrepreneurship mode, as so to business failure attribution and re-enter time. This study enriches the existing theory of entrepreneurship and help the one whore-entrepreneurship achieve a better performance.
