Research On The Construction Of Service Quality Management System

The quality of Property service related to the people’s living standards, social harmony and stability, related to our property services company’s market competitiveness. With the vigorous development of China’s real estate industry, our property services industry has entered a stage of rapid development, but due to a late start, China’s property services management level is not high, the quality of service is poor. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a sound quality management system to provide support for the management of property services companies. This article focused on the combination of theory and practice, based on the success of the theory and practice of quality of service management at home and abroad, for the status quo of Hua Fu Feng Shang property services quality management, established a complete property service quality management system. Building property services quality management system consists of three main aspects, one, through questionnaires, analyzed Hua Fu Feng Shang Property service quality management objectives from owners satisfaction, corporate investment and social evaluation of the three dimensions; second is based on the goals constructed Hua Fu Feng Shang-based property investment support service quality management system, including security and process control; Third, constructed Hua Fu Feng Shang property services quality management operation monitoring system, based on feedback of the parties, used questionnaires and AHP established property services quality management evaluation model. Hope that the research can provide a reference for the effective using of property services quality management system, can help improving the property services company’s quality management level.
