As a fuel, LPG which is high thermal efficiency energy is widely used in residential life and industrial production.With the growing demand of the economic developmentfor energy,petroleum and its derivatives have risen to the height of strategic resources,timely supply of energy plays an important role in ensuring economic developmentandmaintaining social stability. As an important strategic material, LPG occupy a more broad market in people’s daily life and industrial production, and formed a certain scale oflogistics and the corresponding logistics route.Due to the properties of LPG product itself, Logistics of LPG still have many problemsat present forthe transport’s higher demands and the logistics development of a late start.This paper takes LPG logistics distribution as the object of study, stand on the new concept in modern logistics.First, describes the development status of modern logistics industry, mining new requirements and problems of modern logistics, then analyzes the logistics distribution path on the commonly usedmethod and its applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages.The third chapter focuses on thedistribution situation of CNOOC LPG logistics inmining analysis and problem, stand in the angle of systematic thinking, build the prediction model LPG demand and the water flowfrom the STELLA software of system dynamics, a simulation of our LPG basedlogistics related data, in order to LPG logistics capacity allocation and path guide the regional planning.At the same time, put forward the LPG logistics replacement ideas between regions, multiple objective programming model, the logistics path optimization ofpath, cost saving assessment, CNOOC-Bohai branch analysis verifies the feasibility of LPG replacementfrom the actual operatingsituation,.Finally, combined with the development status and problems, to analyses the necessity and urgency of the establishment of LPG logistics informationmanagement system.And station analysis underlines the importance of our LPG reengineering the logistics and distribution business in the perspective of industry development.
