| In recent years,with the rapid development of "Internet+" and e-commerce,fresh e-commerce has also developed vigorously.However,the slow speed and response delay issue of fresh e-commerce result in high cost and high consumption of freshness,which restrict the development of fresh e-commerce enterprises.In the current market environment,the key to solve the problem is to find out all kinds of factors that restrict the logistics cost of fresh e-commerce enterprises and control the logistics cost effectively.Firstly,this paper describes the current research status of fresh e-commerce,cold chain logistics costs and distribution path optimization,and reviews the current status of the research.Then,the relevant theories of fresh e-commerce,fresh e-commerce cold chain logistics cost,system dynamics and genetic algorithm are analyzed and explained in details.Secondly,from the perspective of system,considering the transportation costs,storage costs,order processing costs,and distribution costs fully with the system dynamics method,constructing the logistics cost system dynamics model of A fresh e-commerce enterprise,and finding the main cost by simulation with an example,and proposing strategies to effectively reducing the logistics costs.Finally,from the perspective of collaborative distribution,considering the fact that the third party gives a discount on the delivery price,a multi-objective optimization model with the minimum delivery cost,the highest customer satisfaction,and the highest freshness of fresh produce is constructed.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the distribution cost of A fresh food e-commerce company through comparative analysis of calculation examples.The results show that: through the constructing the five sub-cost causality diagram and the logistics cost system dynamics diagram of fresh e-commerce enterprises,the evolution process of the logistics cost system of fresh e-commerce enterprises qualitatively and quantitatively,and considers that it is very important to reduce the delivery postponement and to control the loading rate of vehicles.Through the study of path planning of self-delivery and third-party collaborative delivery with discount,the vehicle routing planning of fresh e-commerce enterprise is optimized.On the one hand,it reduces the distribution cost.On the other hand,it guarantees the customer satisfaction and freshness of fresh agricultural products.This study enriches the content of the research on logistics cost control and optimization of fresh e-commerce enterprises,and provides theoretical guidance for fresh e-commerce enterprises to win the competitive advantage from the fierce market competition. |
