Since China’s accession to WTO, the Chinese enterprises are facing the economic environment which has undergone significant changes in the influx of a large number of foreign-funded enterprises; leading enterprises in the competition faced more pressure. On the-other hand, business organization’s flat trend makes their managers need to take on more strategic decision-making tasks in the enterprise’s survival and development play a greater role, as each senior manager has a certain mastery of the information limitations, so the management team’s building is an important task of the enterprises.Scholars at home and abroad on management team building research have done a lot of work, but there are still some deficiencies, especially the lack of case studies. This author served as general manager of Heilongjiang SongLin Lin Ye Company for many years has many management team-building experiences. So I will take the practice of building the company’s management team as an object of study and do some case analysis. At first this paper gives an overview of the construction management team’s research and elaborates the SongLin Lin Ye Company’s practice from different fields, then set forth the various problems at different times of the company’s management team in business development, including the management team structure is irrational, pay incentives flawed, the division of responsibilities is not clear and so on. In response to these problems, this paper presents the solution strategy that uses the traditional Chinese Confucian as the base management philosophy and western philosophy by modern scientific management as the supplement. At last I set forth the solution from the quality of the building of the management team, improving team cohesion, management team’s training and learning mechanism, the management team’s personnel way and so on.
