Because of the well-trained cabin attendants, we have avoided heavy casualties in the serious flight accidents in recent years. Civil Aviation regulation requires public air transport enterprises to establish a system and procedure of fatigue management in flight crew, make sure their on-duty time, flight time and break time are applied to the respective limitation, which aims to ensure cabin attendants'emergencies response capability are in an optimal state at all time.This paper take flight attendants of S Airlines as research object, through consulting relevant literature from home and broad, uses analysis methods which combine the scale of MFI-20, questionnaire survey, field investigation and interview, with the statistical analysis of distribution and degree of fatigue, analyzing the cause factor, then put forward recommended practices. The study found that overwhelming majority of cabin attendants were above the medium level of fatigue; the differences in age, technology licensing and degree of education do not bring about a notable difference in fatigue distribution. However, pursers and shift pursers were usually have more fatigues, except the pressure from the post responsibility, they still need to take care of family and children. In the analysis of other cause factors in fatigue shows that there is no obvious difference in fatigue distribution concerning the stationed days, total flight time, one-year flight time and one-month flight time. The fatigue body parts which the cabin attendants have reported are necks, waists and legs. The external causes of fatigue are mainly bad sleep quality, long time working, excess of meetings or activities and poor work environment. Great psychological pressure and concerns about safety and health are on the top list of internal causes of fatigue. Cabin attendants are more likely to be fatigue when departure time is during the morning or in the deep night, especially in early morning, the degree of fatigue are obvious higher than other time interval.To solve this problem, we use a systemic method that combines personnel, aircrafts and environment, focus on cabin attendants'work motivation promotion, ensure proper work time, sufficient break time and reasonable day and night flight time, in addition, release psychological stress. The specific measures including:continually improving the model, gauging human resources in cabin service department reasonably; lifting the management level of cabin attendants'work schedule arrangement; promoting the cabin service environment; enhancing cabin attendants'work motivation; keep on improving the management level and raising the quality of cabin attendants'service.
