According to prediction of Civil Aviation Administration in 2010, China will have 1250 civilian airliner, increasing 80% than now, which need total 6500 new pilots. But correspondingly, the domestic pilot training scale is only 800, the annual shortfall is at least 200 . In order to fulfill Hainan Airlines timely introduction 100 ERJ 145 and the EMBRAER 190 aircraft units demand, and gradually solve the problem of inadequate sources of pilots, the paper research on Hainan Airlines pilots personnel and channels of professionals a of China's civil aviation industry, analyze on training of the pilots, carry out specific human resources planning of Hainan Airlines .Base on the industry situation of airlines and Hainan airelines' capacity of pilots, the paper discuss and analyse the problems which Hainan airlines faced like leak of capacity, and point out the suggestion and solution for Hainan airlines on company planning and resource reorganization, company long term strategy. Hopefully through this paper can help Hainan airlines settle the shortness of flight crew, and how to set up the human resource system for supporting Hainan airlines long term developing strategy. And by the suggestion to company through this human resource system to coordinate the company whole capacity working as maximum efficiency.
