In recent years, as the country further liberalisation of the coal market,competition of the coal enterprises to the market is increasingly fierce and therisks of coal enterprises is becoming more and more obvious.From the perspective of the overall situation of the domestic coal enterprises, thecompetition pressure from domestic companies and foreign enterprises coexist, butthe coal enterprise extensive management style still continue in coal marketing, andthe coal marketing risk early warning management still has not been widely used.Therefore, to explore coal marketing risk early warning management, has become arealistic problem urgently to be solved in coal enterprise.ShenHua Group as the world’s biggest coal integrated energy companies, has foryears been pay attention to the coal sector overall risk early warning managementresearch and practice, in the aspect of risk early warning management has formed acomplete set of early warning management system. Yulin ShenHua Energy CompanyAs ShenHua Group’s second subsidiary, although set up late, but the coal marketingbusiness development is rapid, and the coal sales from3.33million tons/year growthto25million tons/year. Meanwhile, with the increase of sales volume, the risk of coalmarketing is under increasing pressure. So in order to prevent risk, management risk,control risk and dissolve the risk, YuShen company timely reference group other son(points) coal marketing risk management experience, has set its own actual situation,established and perfected the coal marketing risk early warning management system.From the point of view for those years the workings of the risk early warningmanagement system, the early warning management system, complete riskdescription is clear, risk classification process is reasonable, risk databasespecification is complete, the science of risk assessment, risk early warning, effectiverisk management responsibilities clear, risk control solutions for practical, innovationrisk early warning security, all above has the very high reference value for us to study the coal marketing risk early warning management.This paper as the YuShen Energy Company for example, theoretical basis is torisk management, risk management of marketing and marketing risk early warningmanagement, from risk identification, risk evaluation, risk early warning and riskcontrol, system of five aspects of security, from risk identification method of the coal,at the company level and business level, finding out the main risk points of coalmarketing; Three-level classification of coal marketing risk and divided in low,medium and high level of risk; According to internal and external risk early warningand risk early warning index is established; In risk process control, for example,shows the risk control measures; By means of implement economic essence safety, asa security risk early warning management. furthermore, the studied of the coalmarketing risk early warning management provide a powerful help for the coalenterprise marketing management.
