| The author is an employee of Shanghai Food&Drug Administrator (SHFDA). By his experiences on resolving Events of food safety and several programs, and analysis on Data, talking on Extra, within SWOT analysis, the author tried to find the promoting agent and obstructive factor that act on the construction of Shanghai city food safety risk assessment system, and describe some improvement got by SHFDA in these years. And based on that as the example, to probe into the rules of public information exchange, and conclude some advices for practicing. The analysis puts its main vim on information exchange and spread, with ample consideration and discuss on the propagation distortion of information exchange, giving several advices, including:to rise the accuracy of food safety risk assessment information, to make an inner platform for food safety risk assessment departments, to make an outer platform for food safety risk assessment information release, to rise the authority and influence of the information release platform, to make the results of food safety risk assessment system more useable to the public. The author hopes that the advices would make some advancement for public administration. |
